How many players are required in a squad?

It varies depending on the age group. 

Covid-19 safety measures

Like always, we are taking safety at our event seriously. The lead up to any of our events we consult with Lincolnshire Safety Partnership.

What time in the morning is registration and first game?

Registration is at 08:30am and 09:00am is the first game of the competition.

What time will the Super T's Championship finish?

The Championship is due to finish 5pm on the 4th April. 

If it is raining will the Championship still be on?

Yes, rain will just help and make the boys a little cooler.

Will there be medical staff?

Yes, the local hospital will be there to help if there any medical issues. 

What is TuilaGIN

Tuilagi Gin – 15 botanicals blended together to produce this sensational Gin.  The recipe developed by Freddie and Manu draws from their own like of gin, taking inspiration from flavours from around the world. The botanical blend of sage, thyme, clove and mace combines herbs and spices to produce a well balanced gin. 

Nose Refreshing orange on the nose is followed by mellow, herbaceous notes and warming spice.

Palate Fresh and floral notes of rose blossom up front with gentle orange, followed up by thyme and pepper.

Finish Fading warm and mellow finish, with lasting flavours of clove and orange.

What is does UMU mean?

Samoan UMU is an above-ground oven of hot volcanic stones. The stones are heated in a fire before the food is placed on top, wrapped in banana leaves or coconut fronds (palm leaves), or put into half coconuts. 

When should we book?

After our recent success on the social media front a lot of people are talking about us, you should book your teams and festival tickets in as early as possible to avoid disappointment!

Our ethos

The Tuilagi Rugby Festival is the ultimate festival for those who want to compete in a top class rugby competition and party with former and current rugby legends. Our family friendly festival combines our love of rugby with having a good time. 

Our objective

To have a successful weekend of sport, food and drink for all the family. Taking part is the main objective where every participant will come away with a medal for participation. 

Does the team entry price include any food?

No, but there are many food vendors onsite.

Can we camp onsite instead of getting a hotel?

Absolutely! Camping, Caravan and Campervans are welcome, tickets start from £12

If there is a local lockdown due to Covid-19 do we get refunded?

Refunds will be available, or you will be able to roll it over to the reorganised date. 

What else is there for adults to enjoy?

We have our VIP bar with DJs, live music, and the tournaments will be shown on the big screens so parents can stay in the bar and watch their children on TV. 

As chairman of my local rugby club would there be some discount if our club would like to enter every age group?

This can be discussed, please contact us on the number or emails provided.

How much are entry tickets for non-players?

£10 per Adult, £5 per child and under 5’s get free entry.
